KSP Series Automatic Swing-cylinder Screen Printing Machine
Introduction：
KSP series automatic swing-cylinder screen printing machine is a high-speed, high-precision automatic sheet-fed screen printing machine successfully developed by our company. It has a wide printing range and is suitable for 90g/m2~350g/m2 golden and silver paper, transfer paper, as well as plastic film(PVC/PCB/PET/PP), sticker, bank card, etc.. Monochrome printing and multi-color overprinting can also be used for local UV glazing of printed matter.
This machine can meet a variety of printing processes, especially for the printing of gold and silver in UV imitation metal inks. The main applications are decals printing for trademarks such as ceramics, glass, enamel, bicycles, sewing machines, furniture, lacquerware, etc. It can also be used for printing and packaging of soft cartons, cartons, posters, etc. This machine adopts centralized control, easy operation and high sensitivity, so it has received wide attention and welcome from the printing industry.
Features：
★Using Japanese Mitsubishi inverter and PLC controller to control the whole machine operation, more than 90% of imported components make the machine integrate electromechanical integration technology, which has many advantages such as high performance and high stability.
★The whole process is automatically monitored and detected, and the printing registration accuracy is ≤0.10mm.
★ The printing ink is full, bright in color, strong in stereoscopic effect, large in hiding power, and the thickness of the ink layer is 30-40 microns, which is superior to other types of printing machines.
★Fully automatic continuous paper feeding; the paper feeding mode is divided into gap type and layered type, and the two can be freely switched according to the material thickness of different printed products;
★Pneumatic control of the paper exit table, can be flipped at 90 degrees, easy to clean the screen;
★The screen plate is convenient to load and unload, and the position of the screen plate can be freely fine-tuned before, after, and after;
★This series can be connected to the downstream dryer to form an automatic printing production line.

c. It is connected with the jet type high efficiency automatic dryer, which is suitable for automatic printing and drying of two kinds of screen inks and pigments such as solvent type/UV type;
d. It is connected with UV curing machine + wrinkle device, suitable for automatic printing and drying of UV type wrinkle screen ink;
